This policy explains which personal data the Adamant Solutions Sh.p.k website collects, why, and what rights you have. Data is processed in accordance with Albanian data protection law and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
- Data you send us through the "Work with us" form: name, email address, subject and message, plus any information contained in a CV you choose to send us.
- Technical browsing data (such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) collected automatically by the hosting provider to serve the website and keep it secure.
- The language you choose on the website, stored only in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to us. On your first visit the language is suggested from your device time zone (Italian in Italy, Albanian in Albania, English elsewhere): this check happens in your browser and no data is sent to anyone.
We do not use analytics, profiling or advertising tools.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- Replying to messages and assessing job applications: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and your consent, given by submitting the form.
- Running the website and protecting it from abuse: our legitimate interest.
- Complying with legal obligations.
4. Third-party services
Some features rely on the following providers, acting on our behalf or as independent controllers:
- Google Firebase Hosting (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd): hosts the website.
- EmailJS: forwards messages sent through the form to our email address.
- Google Maps: the map in the Contacts section is loaded only if you click "Show map". From that moment Google may set its own cookies.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Albania and the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by law, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. How long we keep it
The website does not store the data you enter in the form: the message is only forwarded by email to our inbox. We therefore keep your data solely in our email correspondence with you, for as long as needed to handle your request; you can ask us to delete it at any time. Technical browsing data is kept by the hosting provider only as long as strictly necessary.
7. Cookies and local storage
The website does not set profiling or analytics cookies. It only uses the browser's local storage to remember your language: this is technical data needed for the feature you requested, and you can delete it at any time from your browser settings.
Third-party cookies may be set by Google only if you choose to load the map.
8. Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- correct or update it;
- delete it or restrict its processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a structured format (portability);
- withdraw your consent, without affecting processing already carried out.
9. Complaints
To exercise your rights write to administrata@adamant-solutions.com: we will reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania (Komisioneri për të Drejtën e Informimit dhe Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale) or, if you live in the European Union, with the supervisory authority of your country.
